This was a our first Sunday morning session and first official breathwork journey for 2025.  

The event was initially sold out, but being this time of year, a couple could not attend due to illness.  This group had a nice warm energy, and the feedback was lovely, thank you so much.  We are always very grateful to all who attend.  We enjoyed bringing this to you and so happy with how it was received.  See you again soon,
