Who Am I?
I am Sonia Bitossi, a passionate Yin Yoga, Pilates, and Breathwork teacher. I believe in the profound benefits these practices can bring to our lives with the power to transform our mental and physical well-being.
Being present in every moment is important, it cultivates a deeper connection within ourselves and to the world around us.
Location
You will find us on the Kapiti Coast bringing a deeply South American influence to our practices with invigorating sounds, intoxicating scents, and deeply powerful experiences.
